Hit up Braums one more time before taking our German brother to the airport.

Then we headed back to KFI to get more fence building done.

Spent the weekend at Brett's place in Nebraska. Aka KFI north. He has some small acreage that we fill with some of our cattle so he has something fun to do and to educate his kids. Jost came along.

Made it a cowboy day for Jost. First we worked a load of cattle. Then we looked at cattle at the Walnut. Then we ate cattle at are favorite place to eat. Braums.

Our German is here visiting. Making sure we are doing things right. He was are exchange student in 1998. We have had a very close relationship with his family since then. My parents have gone to visit twice and his family has Come back multiple times. His sister stayed with my inlaws as a student a few years later. They are heavily involved with shipping out of the Hamburg port. The second biggest port in Europe. Jost has seen shipments bound for Moline, IL to the John Deere combine plant there.

Saw one of the longest, biggest, brightest Kansas sunset ever tonight. Thanks to a dust storm out west.

Awesome sunset explanation.
